Sizzling Gift Card terms and conditions:
- The Sizzling Digital Gift Card (“the Gift Card”) may not be exchanged for cash.
- The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases. We will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards - protect this as you would cash.
- To check the balance of your Gift Card, please visit www.showmybalance.com and follow the simple instructions. A Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the later of the date that any value was last loaded onto the Gift Card, or the date that any value on the Gift Card was last redeemed.
- The Gift Card is valid at any Sizzling Pub or any Mitchells & Butlers venue in the UK as detailed at www.thediningoutgiftcard.co.uk/.
- The Gift Card cannot be used (i) to make any online purchase (ii) at any Mitchells & Butlers franchise or (iii) at any site not managed by Mitchells & Butlers: please check with your server that the Gift Card can be used at the particular site before ordering.
- Gift Cards can be purchased with a minimum value of £5, up to a maximum of £500. SMS and email Gift Cards should be treated as cash. If deleted they will not be resent.
- SMS and email Gift Cards will be free to receive. Digital Gift Cards are valid either presented on a smart phone or printed out.
- Gift cards can be used multiple times until all of the remaining balance is spent.
- You can check the balance of your Gift Card at https://www.showmybalance.com.
3. Maximum of one free drink voucher per person per day. Maximum of one Sizzling Gift Card prize per person during the promotional period.
4. Prizes can only be used as stipulated, are not transferable to another individual and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or ticket. Prizes must be taken as a complete package. Any breach of this term will result in disqualification and we reserve the right to cancel the prize.
5. Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18+ except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any other companies associated with the promotion. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion and/or claim any prize you may win.
6. Start date and closing date: This promotion opens at 00:00 on 17th November 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 31st December 2025, or when all drinks voucher have been redeemed, whichever is earlier Entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
7. How to participate: To enter, purchase a Coca-Cola Original Taste or Diet Coke 330ml sleek can at a Sizzling Pub Participating Venue, scan the QR code on the in-venue point of sale materials and complete the data capture form on site and upload an image of the product as proof of purchase.
8. Entries are limited to one per person per day during the promotional period.
9. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique email address will be accepted per person per day.
10. Winner selection, notification and prize fulfilment: Participants will find out instantly if they have won a prize or not and, if so, which one(s).
10,000 Coca-Cola Original Taste & Diet Coke 330ml can vouchers will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, whilst stocks last. Vouchers can be redeemed at Sizzling Pubs Participating Venues only.
11. The 20 x Sizzling Vouchers will be randomly allocated in the presence of an independent adjudicator through a prize draw from all valid entries received within 7 business days of 31.12.2025.
12. If you are a winner of a Coca-Cola Original Taste or Diet Coke can voucher you will automatically receive an email with a voucher code to show at a Sizzling Pubs Participating Venue (see Schedule 1). If you are a Sizzling Pubs Gift Card winner we will email you the gift card within 14 days of the end of the promotional period. If you cannot be contacted or you are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random in accordance with these terms. We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize for any reason.
13. Neither we nor any prize provider are responsible for:
Nothing in this section shall exclude our (or any prize provider’s) liability for death or personal injury caused by our or its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
15. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.
16. Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer or completed in bulk, will not be accepted. No incomplete, illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with these terms and conditions.
17. No responsibility can be accepted for entries or claims that are not submitted on time or in full, lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed via e-mail/phone, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or corrupted webpages.
18. In the event of circumstances outside our (or a prize provider’s) reasonable control, we reserve the right to void, suspend or cancel the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, or amend or alter the terms of the promotion at any time, but we will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
19. In the event of a prize being unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
20. If you win, you agree to co-operate (and to procure the co-operation of your companions who share in the benefits of the prize) with any of our reasonable requests relating to any post-winning publicity.
21. In so far as is permitted by law, we, the prize providers, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence or that of the prize providers, our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
22. Our decision is final in relation to promotional matters and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
23. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material, these terms will prevail.
24. We reserve the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe:

A list of winners will be available by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to ‘Sizzling Pubs Christmas’, Commercial Development Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ, within 3 months of the closing date of the promotion. Only the first name, surname and county of the winners will be disclosed. If you object to your details being made available, you must inform us when you are notified of your win. Please note that we may still be required to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority.
26. If any provision of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.
27. These terms and conditions are governed by relevant UK law and you and we agree to only bring legal actions about these terms and conditions in a UK court. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.
28. Data Protection: By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that the processing of your personal data is necessary for us to fulfil our obligations in respect of the promotion and to enable you to enter the promotion and/or to claim any prize you may win. You confirm and warrant that all data provided by you for these purposes are accurate. If you exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data prior to the end of the promotion, your participation may be cancelled.
